Arrival

For those attending the Professional Lunch & Lecture, plan to arrive between 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
For those attending the career fair only, plan to arrive between 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. to check-in and set up your display.
UNLOADING
Materials may be off-loaded from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in front of the Penn Stater (look for the white tent). Staff will be on hand to assist you in transporting materials to your assigned booth.
CHECK-IN
All organizations must check-in at Employer Registration. You will receive an information packet and name badges.
REFRESHMENTS
Catered lunch will be available to registered participants in the Professional Development Lunch & Lecture. All other attendees are welcome to arrive early and eat lunch at The Gardens Restaurant or the Legends Pub in the Penn Stater (view menus).
ATTIRE
Business casual or business professional are both appropriate. We strongly recommend that you wear comfortable shoes.
